RTD is converting from its current “card-based” MyRide stored value system to an “account-based” system that will process your transactions (value load, reload, fare payment) in near real-time. As part of this transition, we will transfer the remaining balance from your MyRide card(s) to a new Stored Value Account in the RTD Mobile Tickets system.
You will be able to manage your account using the RTD Mobile Tickets app (RTD MyRide) on your smart phone and/or a new MyRide web portal. Your new Stored Value Account can be accessed to pay for travel using a QR code within the app, and/or with a new MyRide card. Multiple riders can access one Stored Value Account, if desired.
The information you provide here will be used to process the transfer. Please note, once this form is submitted, your MyRide card(s) will be deactivated while we process your transfer.
